Big Question

At different assembly's and rally's at Righetti High School i can always see the sign language teachers on the side decoding and explaining everything to the deaf kids. I know there are deaf people in every country and i'm also aware that most countries all speak different languages. Is sign language different in those countries as well? Or do all people sign in English?
